Public Liability
Up to $20,000,000Every approved provider holds current public liability insurance. Cover is verified at onboarding and re-checked annually.
TradieTap Job Protection
Up to $10,000 per jobIf a job goes wrong and the provider can't make it right, our protection plan covers eligible repair or refund costs.
Property Damage Cover
Up to $5,000Accidental property damage caused during a TradieTap-booked job is covered while we work with the provider's insurer.
Payment Protection
100% of held fundsCustomer payments are held securely and only released to the tradie once the job is marked complete.

From incident to resolution

Report within 14 days
Open a claim from the completed job in your dashboard or email claims@tradietap.com.

We assess in 48 hours
Our claims team reviews evidence, talks to both parties, and confirms eligibility.

Repair, replace or refund
We coordinate the fix directly with a verified provider or reimburse you under the policy.
