Are quotes binding?+
Yes. Once you accept a quote, the tradie can't change it without your written approval — even if the job runs long.
What if extra work is needed?+
Your tradie sends a variation request through the app. Approve or decline before any extra work starts.
When am I charged?+
On booking, we authorise the amount. Funds are only released to the tradie after you mark the job complete.
Do you charge after-hours fees?+
After 6pm weekdays and weekends incur a typical 25% surcharge. It's shown on the quote before you accept.
